Recent activities

1. Family planning, success in the mother and child health sector in 2017
28307797- Male: 14,15,990, Female: 13,84,807 Median males: 50,807 males: 50,854 permanent systems and 5,65,927 (5 lakhs thirty five thousand nine hundred) Twenty-four) women have been provided with long term family planning methods.
2. Around 1200 paid volunteer or voluntary sebi has been appointed across the country to strengthen family planning activities in remote and less progressive areas.
3. In order to digitize officials of the department, regular hospitals have been brought under the automation and in the department, e-documents, e-filing, e-registers, e-diaries, have been introduced.
4. In the 2200 union health and family welfare centers, 24/7 hours normal delivery service has been introduced across the country, which has contributed greatly to prevent maternal mortality.
5. Kishorbandhav Healthcare has been launched in 203 service centers to increase awareness and provide awareness about reproductive health.
6. Digital archives have been developed for the use of IEC materials for various types of services published and manufactured from IEM units and are open to everyone online.
7. Web-based supply chain management portal has begun to introduce public control equipment, MSRs and other services, to make the service affordable and to track the progress of the purchase / collection process.
9. The use of e-Toolku in the field of informal communication and conferencing related information and materials through the field staff of the family planning department has begun.
10. In order to encourage permanent and long-term adoption of family planning in the family plan, arrangements have been made in Client Fair or Leopard Fair in 09 Upazilas of Pabna district.
11. An awareness meeting was held in the presence of local MPs and public representatives for the promotion of institutional delivery to prevent maternal death and the pregnancy mother bank was introduced.
12. SMS or mobile communication is being sent to fetch ANC, DERVERI and PNC services for pregnant mothers through mobile registration
